Welcome to the Dalton Forum. With a handle like that you will get quite the attention. However, we like to get to know our new members a tad bit more than what you have provided.

So, please tell us why you are here. If you "don't know much about this stuff" then perhaps you can give us a hint as to what you would like to learn about this "stuff". We can be most helpful, if we know what it is you seek...Al

Somebody gave me some knives instead of cash they owed me. One is a Dalton not sure of the value and I don't want to get ripped off. I was told this is a good site to get the info I need to identify knives value for possible sale. I know this is a Dalton but don't know what model it is or how much to ask for it. It's engraved so I know the value is less. I think you see my needing a little help since I'm a 'newbie'. Any suggestions or help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

The knife is called "Little Whiskey". In mint condition it would be worth approx. $100. With the engraving, the value defaults to "user" status. I would estimate in the $65 range give or take 10%. Good luck...Al

PS You should start a new thread in the General Forum if you want to discuss this further. And my estimate is just that, MY estimate. You may find other opinions that disagree with me as well.
