Nice! I'd have to say Southern Culture On the Skids, Old Crow Medicine Show, Buddy Guy, Greatful Dead with Bob Dylan and Tom Petty, The Black Keys, Los Lobos.
I almost forgot Stevie Ray Vaughn with Jeff Beck!

1) Led Zepplin, Baton Rouge, La., 1975
2) Robin Trower, King Crimson, and Ten Years After, San Antonio, Tx., 1974
3) Wet Willie, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Fog Hat, Lafayette, La., 1975

But the absolute best live show I ever saw was:
Jeff Beck, and The Mahavishnu Orchestra (Jazz Fusion), Houston, Tx., 1975

Yeah, the last one sounds stodgy, but seeing it live is a whole different thing

I once ( aprox, 1975 ) saw Hunter s. Thompson on stage at a writer's conference ( along with Ken Kesey and Maya Angelou ) in Gainsville. One hand held a quart of Wild Turkey, the other hand held a quart of Nyquil - both empty in an hour -- needless to say, the dialogue was most entertaining, but chaotically rambling. PS Kesey was eating shrooms like free appetizers and burning massive bowls of The Wildwood Flower.Dave.~hooker
