    Seeing that the oldest physical evidence of the balisong is in France, it does make logical sense that the French know how to manipulate balisongs.

    Making the statement that they are the best would go against logic because anyone can be upstaged but they do have some skills.

    Skinny true but wine and cheese only go so far, we are not like that because we have beer and hamburgers.
