One of Rob’s most unique firing mechanisms, shared with only one other Dalton, the Flash, that uses the thumb stud as the blade release button. For the record, the North Star version 1 used the liner lock to release the blade, as did the Experimental Packer, both of which were also unique designs.

Given that we only have about a half dozen members that visit the Dalton Forum of late, I'm amazed that I sold the last three knives I posted. Also, I've owned so many of them for decades, it"s tough to let them go, so if they don't sell, I'm still satisfied that I tried. Damn SOB's just don't want to leave home...Al
