    Default D beer bottle iron cross

    Another DIY project that requires more beer drinking.

    materials
    empty beer bottles
    Glass must have the same COE (coefficient of expansion) or it will crack
    tools
    glass cutter
    microwave kiln

    4D8CDFC5-6A91-4417-85F0-6E799E00DB05.jpgFirst step is to flatten the curve, heat in microwave kiln for 5 minutes

    A14BA02E-B0F6-4102-826D-1C6555345297.jpgPut the puzzle together on the base of you kiln, clear piece on top fuses everything together
    EB083BF3-52CA-4A07-8889-FD5391F5BE29.jpgMicrowave another 5 minutes, temp reaches approx 1600 degrees. When you can see the orange glow from the top hole, your glass is fusing.
