Diane and I are considering a move to Flippin34B327DF-B192-4658-A46F-A50FEFB446E2.jpg, Arkansas. A good friend has a 2600 sqft house on 3 acres for sale at excellent cost, 200k. Weather is nice as compared to South Mississippi. The area is largely retired people. What is really interesting is the demographics.

No pond but, it’s located between several rivers and the Bull Shoal Reservoir. Probably have to pull the boat out and give it a good tuneup. Really just depends on what the little wife wants to do. Time will tell...
