Having your own dash cam may be good idea too . I would like to be able to exercise my rights as this fellow citizen did in this video not sure if I could pull this off myself .

Its quite possible if he just acted normal and asked why he was pulled over, and that he didn't think he was going that fast, the officer, ...maybe, ... could have quite possibly...., just given him a warning and he could have said thank you so much Sir, and been on his way. I believe that you just don't get aggressive until it becomes necessary. Calculate your moves , and don't be in such a rush to " Challenge" an officer. Remember that most times when you fight the law, the law will win. Fight when it becomes necessary. But hey...., it's just MHO.
