We can avoid the same conceptional problems of old by being immune to authoritative expectations,pre-concieved notions of symbolic entrapments, the dictates of knife-police entrenched in the Bully Pulpit and focusing our sight on the sublime Art we collect -- an honest-to God, Jack-in the-Box functional sculpture, second to none.Plus, it's hard to protect yourself by sticking a perp. with a picture of the Mona Lisa.Your pal,Dave.

    Hey Brent-- No need to get around barriers we have already broken - when nothing is sacred,everything becomes Holy -- Unrestricted art like Rob's appears without instruction booklets and snobby critiques aimed at elitist evaluation,not appreciation.Are you still collecting only PROTOS?Best regards,Dave. .
