I, and I'm sure everyone else, truly appreciates all the HARD work you guys are going thru to preserve the wealth of information accumulated over the years, as well as providing a place for continued knowledge and discussion of a hobby we all hold dear.

I too would like to thank you. Even tho I do not post, if at all, I have read every post about daltons on the other forum since 2001. I buy one of every model dalton, so I like to know what's going on with Rob's knifes. Thanks again Kitten!

I just did not like the current direction the other forum was going. I didn't feel like we should have to pay a punishment fee for collecting Daltons. The current state of the other forum would potentially turn away new and old collector's.

I cannot take full credit for this venture MarkK, Jimmy Mac, and Honcho really stepped up. Four guys one dream. We weighed what few options we had and decided DCC knives deserved a place of it own. We all own equal shares in this place, so fell free to contact any of us with question or concerns via PM. For example if you'd rather not be called a Noobie we can change it to whatever you like. The word on the street is that even Mr. and Mrs. D are devilishly pleased the see this site break ground.

It's tough to start over, alot of good information on the other site, but all of us created that info and it can be done again. It's the members that make or break a forum, so it's up to all of us to see this place succeed.

I never really felt that Dalton's belonged in a family orientated forum in the first place. If a member wants to know what "FTW" stands for it isn't "*&#$ the world" it stands for
"FUCK THE WORLD."

Now let's make it happen. ILK
