Hi,just thought I'd beat my Son here and tell everybody about our (his) discovery. We've been messin' around trying to get away from the Velcro flaps on folder sheaths.Tried hacking into the stitching and covering up the velcro then re-sewing the magnets in.It worked but took forever and didn't come out neat enough.Then, the other day he calls and tells me he burnt the velcro away on top and bottom, Velcro GONE! We're using magnets that are 1" round, same size as a quarter.We cut the stitching from the bottom or top enough to let the magnet in, then re-stitch it and add some sitches to the sides so the magnets won't slide.I used 'em in the top and bottom but you could probably use a washer instead,really works great.Somebody here will probably improve on our idea so, we'll be watchin':)
